Exhibit at our 2023 Event

The BCFIRECON 2023 Conference has exhibitor space available.

There is room for 8-10 Vendor Tables/Booths

​

Each Booth Includes the following:

• Setup Wednesday Evening

  • 17:00-20:00

  • Coordinate Set-up - secretary@vifpa.ca 

• Exhibition is Day 1 and Day 2

  • open all day on Day 1, with specific coffee and lunch times for everyone to attend

  • open until Noon on Day 2

  • Breakdown on Day 2 - 13:00-15:00

• Space is approximately 6 x 8 feet

  • Vendor to Provide Table, Carpet Etc​

• Power Provided

  • 1 x 15A Receptacle (not duplex)​

• 2 Booth Staff Included in booth Cost

  • Additional Booth Staff - $150.00 per person

  • Attendance does not include for CE Credits​ 

• Cost is $650.00
